Elina Boulougari was born in 1985. She studied engineering in the Democritus University of Thrace (2003-2009), in the department of Civil Engineering (Structural Domain). She accomplished her studies for a Master Degree focused on Water Resources Science, Water Quality and Environmental Technology on the National Technical University of Athens (2012-2014). As a Civil Engineer has a demonstrated history of working experience in Railway, Building and Energy Projects. She was working in technical companies and offices in Greece and she is collaborating by now with Engineers of all domains in complex projects, solving technical issues. She was part of big Design and Construction projects during her career such as: Railway Superstructure Study of Riyadh Metro in Saudi Arabia (Lines 1 & 2) and Natural Gas Fired Combined Cycle Power Plants and Auxiliary Buildings. During 2020 she was working as Senior Project Manager in the technical company Idmon. Later at the same year became a member of the technical office of MK Mykonos Engineers, in Athens, where she is working till now.
